This position will be responsible for the administrative support to the Director of Technology and Director of Facilities. Responsibilities would include answering incoming calls, entering and tracking all departmental metrics, assisting with departmental purchasing including tracking and receipt, assisting with financial reports and all other related duties.
High School Diploma or GED preferred with the three to five years of experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Hospitality preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience will also be considered.
This is a position of the Convention Center Authority; not a Metropolitan Government position. Valid Tennessee’s Driver’s License required. Flexible work schedule.
